上週五，我發了e-mail給平常較常聯絡的客人，告知本人不做了的消息。果然，我的客人都是好人，他們的回覆讓我整個人暖暖的...(雖然這幾天也蠻熱的啦)。

Dear Friend,

It is hard to inform you this news.  Because of personal plan, I will quit on March 15. 

Leaving R**** is a difficult decision for me because I have worked in R**** for 8 years and everybody are nice and kind.  In the future, please contact with my boss and colleague (same e-mail address as mine).  I ensure they will provide you the best service.

I am especially grateful for the support in business you gave me during the past year.  I wish you and your company only the best for the future.

以上是本人寫給客人的mail, 就算沒看內容也知道，含淚揮手道別是多麼揪心不捨啊~~(本人一向走濫情路線)。

一般交情的客人就會這樣回：

This is a very sad news for us. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet you last year in Koeln. It was always my pleasure to be in touch with you and I hope your decision will work for you. I wish you luck wherever you work or live.

I also believe that your succesors will keep the high standard of services you were always able to provide.
